| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment and capture and process your details securely. You may also use PayPal express to checkout easily and quickly if you have a PayPal account. When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling Your order will be delivered either by APC courier or Royal Mail depending upon the size. All orders will need to be signed for on delivery. Delivery costs are based upon total order weight and are calculated during the checkout process. Unfortunately we are not able to offer delivery outside of the UK through this website. However If you require delivery outside of the UK please contact us as it may be possible we can assist you. If your order is to be shipped within the UK but outside the mainland, a surcharge may apply. We will contact you with details of any such surcharge before we dispatch your order to ensure you wish to proceed with the order. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to process and deliver your order to you within 3-5 business days, however in our experience delivery will usually be much sooner. The exception for delivery time is where an estimated delivery time is stated in the product description (eg. signs). If your order is out of stock we will contact you to advise of estimated delivery time or offer a full refund on the item you have purchased. Once an order has been packaged and dispatched an e-mail will be sent to you confirming that your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your order within 3 working days of receipt of the 'order shipped' e-mail please contact us. |
