Highly translucent, solvent-borne, semi-gloss woodstain. Cetol Filter 7 is a semi-gloss exterior woodstain for windows and doors. It can be used as a maintenance coat for existing woodstain systems or over a base stain of Cetol HLS on new or bare timbers. Cetol Filter 7 is an exterior woodstain for windows and doors either as a one-coat maintenance application for existing woodstain systems, or two coats over a base stain of Cetol HLS on new or bare timbers. Its advanced UV light absorbers provide superior protection from the damaging effects of sunlight on timber. Exception: Not suitable for decking or other areas subject to high levels of abrasion.

A low build, solvent-borne, semi-gloss woodstain. Can be used both as a base stain and as a finishing coat. Use Finishing coat: Exterior softwood and hardwood substrates such as cladding, fascias, soffits, rough sawn timber and fencing. Used as a base stain, Cetol HLS plus is readily absorbed into timber to provide a sound base for finishing coats. It can be used alone as a system on cladding, decking and garden furniture or as a base stain before the application of Cetol Filter 7 plus or Cetol THB plus on windows and doors. Exception: Should not be used alone as a finish for hardwood timbers.
